STEP 1.
FREE QUOTE/CONSULTATION
Your dream closet begins with a free design consultation. Our team will discuss your vision, budget, needs and show you examples of our past work and ideas to use for your closet. We work closely with each client to create a space that looks great and works great.
STEP 2.
DESIGN, APPROVAL & ORDERING
One of our expert team members will take custom measurements and design a fully customized space that fits your budget and needs. Using our design software, we will present you with several options. Then we wanna hear from you, on choosing which type of closet! You'll have complete control over design approval and can make changes and see prices immediately. After your approval, we'll take care of ordering everything you need. Expect orders to take 4-6 weeks to arrive. All our materials are made in South Carolina and are of the highest quality in The Carolina's. You can trust that the final result will look amazing.
STEP 3. (IF NEEDED)
PREPERATION
Once your materials arrive, we'll contact you to set up an installation appointment. To prepare for installation day, you'll need to clear everything from the closet, remove existing shelves, patch holes, and paint. We understand some people need help preparing their space, sometimes we do offer a preparation package, as long as it's an understandable amount of clean up.
STEP 4.
INSTALL
Installation day. Our expert installers will provide efficient and professional services. First we'll deliver your Closet system first thing in the morning, then stage the products in there designated areas. After that well get to work, as it should only be a 1-2 day project depending on the amount and process.
OUR PROCESS FOR BATH & DOOR HARDWARE
First we start out with a free consultation where one of our salesman will get in touch with the customer and find out what type of bath & door hardware you would like. We would like this step to be in person, so we know what kind of hardware want, And so we can get an accurate count on how much pieces you need and what types of hardware. Once we have everything and get your approval, we will order the hardware, as it typically takes 1 week to come in.

PREP & INSTALL
We arrive and stage all the hardware to the right locations and get them ready for install, if there are any pre-existing hardware, we will take down. Then we install. Process should take a total of 1 day.

STEP 1.
FREE QUOTE/CONSULTATION
This step is all about understanding what the customer needs, we love getting to know our customers and making sure we look out for them. First we start out with a free consultation where one of our salesman will get in touch with the customer and find out what color and shaped frame or frameless mirror you would like.
Once step one is complete. We will then have a face to face introduction at the customers home, where we will introduce ourselves and go ahead and get the measurements for your mirror. If the customer would like to measure for there mirror themselves, that is completely fine, but we would still like to have a face to face introduction at the customers home to confirm. After that we will get your mirror ordered ASAP, as it typically takes 2-3 weeks for ours to be ready.

INSTALL
This is the easiest part. We will safely transport your mirror or mirrors in our very secured work van, to the customers home or property and then we will unload it and install it in about 15 minutes. Then hopefully after that we'll be seeing you again in the future.

We like for this to be face to face, as we love getting to know our clients. And it will give us an opportunity to see the closet or closets and go ahead and get our measurements for them. We work closely with each client to create a space that looks great and works great.
STEP 2.
DESIGN & APPROVAL
Once again, we will be using our design software to create what your closet will look like. However you would like to design it, we'll do it. We buy all of our wire products in bulk so there is no wait time on product delivery. Once we have your approval on your closet, we will be there on a day that is convenient for you to install.
STEP 3.
INSTALL
Our expert installers will make sure everything is perfect, safe and looks amazing before finishing the job. Once again were always very protective over the transport of our clients items. So we will arrive early in the morning with your products safely packed in our company van/trailer, stage them to there assigned areas and have the complete install done in 1 day.
